In addition, it has [study rooms library, basketball court, fitness center, swimming pool, store, and etc. Also students could access Wi-Fi at any place in the center. It shows how the center considers the health and relaxation of students. The center provides pick-up service, meal, cleaning and laundry as well as the educational management in total service that students could focus on study.

It is the class to compose phrase and expression using pattern and vocabulary. In addition teachers assigned review the essay of students and give advice and correction through the essay creation program with theme.
It has been the best program of CEBU JIC for 10 years which was the first introduction by CEBU JIC in Philippines. Students could learn more advanced and scientific comments on current topics through news reading, listening, dictation, special vocabulary learning, and group discussion by theme after watching news clips and videos.
It is the program to learn English grammar in fun and easy which is to be felt difficult by using ' Gram-mar in Use ' which is quite popular in Korea.It is consisted with the basic grammar and the fundamental elements of learning high class English by listening, speaking, reading, and writing as the basic ways.
It is the class to have discussion between teachers and students by themes through presentation and news articles with native speaking instructors. It is also helping for students to use an advanced level of English by correction of pronunciation and accent that it could lead students to better learning in university and getting job through learning presentation skills which has been getting more important in these days.
It is the class to share ideas with classmates and understand others’ views and thoughts through the various situations and themes with the improved capability of using English which gained by 1 on 1 class. It also provides chances that students could learn more practical English skills through communication and feedback on their thoughts and feeling under various situation and circumstances.

CEBU JIC Rules and Regulations
Article 1 (Purpose)These rules and regulations are the school regulations of CEBU JIC ( hereinafter “JIC” ) and define those criteria of which JIC students have to follow that it aims to lead the safe research and study and the successful English learning of JIC students.
Article 2 (Obligation)1. Student should follow all JIC rules and regulations.2. Students should check the notices of the bulletin board and keep those requirements.3. Students should follow the instruction of JIC staffs; if they resist to the guidelines or are judged to have no intention to study, without warning, notice, and reimbursement they might be dismissed from JIC.4. Students should participate in those regular classes by grade and take part in all tests which are provided by JIC.
Article 3 (Daily pass and overnight pass)
2. Pass limit by the percentage of attendance1) Under 90% of attendance: Limit on weekend overnight pass
2) Under 85% of attendance: Limit on weekend overnight pass and daily pass
3) Under 80% of attendance: No pass neither daily nor overnight both
weekday and weekend.
1. Daily pass, overnight pass and the Curfew1) Pass – return by 10 PM in week days /
by midnight before weekend or holiday
2) Overnight pass – Not in week days /
weekend: available subject to travel application5.Warning notice and Dismissal of school1) 1st violation of the daily and overnight pass regulations:
Warning notice and submission of statement.

Article 4 (Regulation of class)1. Level and tutor: Appropriate class and tutor are to be determined by the level after the level test.2. Article 5 (Compensation)
1. JIC and JIC’s staff are not responsible for the damage of properties and life during the research and study unless otherwise intentional cases.2. In addition, JIC and JIC’s staff are free from any claim which is caused by business dispute or delay of airplane or cancel-ation of flight, and etc. even some service are contracted to provide by JIC.
Article 7 (Registration)1. Fill up application and completion: Registration could be done directly to CEBU JIC or through affiliated agencies, and it will be completed
once pay 100,000 won for admission fee.
2. Confirmation of registration: The invoice will be delivered via e-mail after the completion of application.
3. Payment due: All fees and expenses in the invoice issued by JIC should be paid completely 2 weeks before the departure. (Just in case
of the application within 2 weeks before departure admission fee, all fees and expenses should be paid completely when application in
process. If full payment was not made by the due time the registration might be automatically cancelled.)
4. Confirmation of admission: The admission letter will be delivered through e-mail once all fees and expenses are paid completely.
Article 8 (Extension of registration)
1. Extension of registration: It should be applied at least 2 weeks before and fees and expenses of extension should be paid when application in process.2. Minimum duration of extension: It is applicable by 2 weeks.

Article 6 (Dormitory rules)1. JIC assigns room for student. Room change may not be accepted with JIC’s internal reason even it seems to have reasonable request.
2. In case of room change requested by student if there will be any gap between room charges student should pay the gap but JIC won’t
refund the gap in any case.
3. Room cleaning and laundry service are every other day, any damage (color change, shrinkage, etc.) can’t be compensated that it is
required to laundry by students themselves for valuable clothing and special treatment required.
4. Electricity charge will be evenly distributed by the number of roommates.
5. Daily necessities such as toilet paper, tooth brush, and tooth paste are not supplied by JIC.
6. Individual should pay keen attention to their belongings, valuables, and cash. In any case of lost and burglary JIC is not responsible for it.
7. Deposit: 2,500 peso should be deposited in local and the balance deducted the electricity charge will be refunded before the expiry of
the research and study.
8. In case of following violations against the rules and regulations of JIC happen it could lead to dismissal of JIC

CEBU JIC Rules and Regulations
Article 1 (Purpose)These rules and regulations are the school regulations of CEBU JIC ( hereinafter “JIC” ) and define those criteria of which JIC students have to follow that it aims to lead the safe research and study and the successful English learning of JIC students.
Article 2 (Obligation)1. Student should follow all JIC rules and regulations.2. Students should check the notices of the bulletin board and keep those requirements.3. Students should follow the instruction of JIC staffs; if they resist to the guidelines or are judged to have no intention to study, without warning, notice, and reimbursement they might be dismissed from JIC.4. Students should participate in those regular classes by grade and take part in all tests which are provided by JIC.
Article 3 (Daily pass and overnight pass)
2. Pass limit by the percentage of attendance1) Under 90% of attendance: Limit on weekend overnight pass
2) Under 85% of attendance: Limit on weekend overnight pass and daily pass
