The characteristic feature of predatory/publisher questionable according to Beall (2013:47) as follows: • The publisher does not state its headquarters location or misrepresents its true

location • The publisher sends spam e-mail solicitations for article submissions, editorial

board memberships, or issue special editorships • The publisher's website contains a significant typographical and grammatical

errors or otherwise looks unprofessional • The publisher's journal portfolio is large, with over 100 titles, many of them new

and or with little content • Papers in the publisher's journals are poorly copy edited • The publisher's journals have a broad scope to Attract more papers (e.g. Journal

of Medicine) • The publisher's email addresses are from free providers such as gmail.com,

According to Dadkhah (2016, p. 415) state: ''Some journals or publishers accept manuscripts that are flawed in terms of scientific quality (without peer review or by conducting low-quality review) and publish them by receiving charges without providing acceptable publishing services. Reviews these journals will be classified as predatory journals ''.
