information on what is unfolding on Capitol Hill, the Department of Education, and other agencies and organizations
Provide you with messages to activate and/or educate your network.

Provide Training and Support Conduct annual new CAN Coordinator
trainings. (Available to all Coordinators) Conduct briefing session at CEC annual
conference. Provide updated and accurate advocacy
materials throughout the year. Provide ongoing support throughout the
year.

Provide Technical Support At your request, CEC will provide a list
of members in your unit. CEC can assist in crafting emails to your
network. CEC can assist you in coordinating
Congressional visits to a local school in your community.
CEC provides you with talking points on critical issues impacting students with exceptionalities.
