Dear Delegate!

It is my pleasure to introduce you the delegate mailer of Hungarian Youth to Business

Forum of CEE LDS 2015. In AIESEC we always say that being externally relevant is one

of the most important aspects we have to consider during our operation. While I have

been organizing the Forum my number-one priority has been for you to have valuable,

interesting and professional experiences. I hope this is a day where you can connect

with the external world, learn something new about business – and maybe about

yourself as well. I am already extremely excited for you to meet the extraordinary

people who will held workshops, talks and presentations.

In order to be able to get out as much of the day as possible I kindly ask you to read this

booklet carefully so you can prepare for the day.

Youth to Business Forum is an event that bringings young leaders and actors

from the corporate world together. We create a unique opportunity to a one-day-

long platform for company representatives and young talents to share their ideas. The

main topic of the Forum is „Where is the Talent of Europe?”.

LOGISTICAL INFORMATION I.

Meeting point and time5th of May 2015 8:00

Fővám tér 8. Budapest H–1093 – Corvinus University of Budapest,building E

You will find signs with the logo of Y2B and AIESEC and also OC members at the

entrances of the building. With the help of them please find the main aula, where the

registration will happen. Please be punctual! We know, it’s not always easy, but the

time of the leaders of big companies is precious so please respect that!

Registration I.

At the end of the day buses will wait for the delegates next to the University and

everybody will go to Keszthely together. In the morning at the check-in you will

receive two stickers with your bus number on them. Please, stick them on your

luggage! After that the OC will guide you to the luggage room where you must

leave your luggage. Please note that you won’t have access to them until the end of

the day (6:00 p.m.)!

LOGISTICAL INFORMATION II.

Registration II.

At the Lunch Break you have the opportunity to dine with the company leaders in the

University, at 39-esek Restaurant. The fee of the lunch is 5€ and contains 3 dishes plus

coffee. You have to pay the fee at the registration where you will receive a

bracelet that is your ticket for lunch. You can choose your menü when registering for

the workshops. Snack will be provided at 6:30 p.m. before departure, the dinner will

start already in Keszthely at around 9 p.m.

Please wear smart casual during the whole time of the Forum. For your help here are

Registration for the workshops

The registration for the workshops will start on the 24th of April and is open until the

30th of April. Keep in mind, that even though we strive to allocate you to the session

of your preference, in the final allocation the following will be considered, hence

changes can happen:

• Diversity of nationalities on workshops

• Limited number of places for some workshops and equal distribution.Workshop

Why companies come to Y2B?

Companies are attending Y2B because they are convinced that AIESECers are

outstanding, talented, proactive and highly competitive on the labour market due to the

skills they master in AIESEC. They want to contribute to the further

development of you by providing good case practices and also show you some future

opportunities later on in your career after AIESEC. Last but not least, they are

interested in your opinion and views, so do not be afraid to share that with them.

How can you get the most out of the day?

Ask! Connect! Be proactive! Share your ideas! This is a day when you can meet

these companies in a setting where they come to meet YOU, because they are interested

in you and your ideas! Don’t miss the chance to stand out!

Punctuality and guests

During the day many leaders from many companies will be present only for you. The

agenda of the day is complex, the venues are sometimes far from each other, so please

always keep in mind where you should go or be, and don’t hover around when you

should be somewhere. Also, the workshops are opened for students of the

University as well, so respect their time, too.
