Cefn Bryntalch Hall dates to 1869, was designed by GF Bodley and is reputed to have played a pivotal role in the Neo Georgian movement. Built for Richard Edward Jones who made his fortune in the flannel trade, the property was later the home of famous composer Peter Warlock who wrote much of his music in the amphitheatre within the grounds.
