ESIGN Act electronically. With

the passage of this bill, electronic

signatures and on-line contracts

gained legal acceptance.

On the 10th Anniversary of the passage of the ESIGN Act, two separate milestoneswere achieved signaling the emergence of DocuSign as the industry leader.

Tom Gonser founded DocuSign

in 2003. The philosophy

DocuSign hosted the ESIGN Summit with
