All event dates are subject to availability• A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit per person is required to confirm your event

• Christmas Lunches: £10.00 per person

• Christmas Party Nights: £10.00 per person

• Your booking will not be confirmed until all deposits are received. If you are paying on behalf of a large group, please arrange payment by one card/cheque

• Final balance payments for event and drinks pre-orders must be received by 31st October 2021

• Any cancellations received after balances have been paid are non-refundable

• Menu pre-orders must be received 21 days prior to the event date

• There can sometimes be issues with supply chains so ingredients can be substituted. Menu may change

• Menu choices and special dietary requirements must be supplied with the final balance

• Guests under 18 years old may be restricted at some events - please check at time of booking

• A child is a person aged up to 14 years (inclusive). Children under 18 will not be admitted without an adult

• All prices include VAT at the current rate

• The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers, or to move to a smaller/larger room should numbers dictate

• The hotel reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason at its discretion – all deposits and payments will be refunded

• The hotel management reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel and to charge the company, organiser or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour
