Collaborative Accomplishments
• Survey Monkey– 45 responses
• Establishing “rules of engagement”– Going to meet three times a year– Two will be in person – One will have web-ex capabilities (56%)– In person meetings will be held in Harrisburg (56%)– Three people from every center will be allowed to
participate (56%)– Every center will have one vote (80%)
• Finalizing leadership structure– Linking of PATNAC president and PACOT
vice-chairs to being collaborative leaders
