The CO:UP is a perfect example. It is a concept born from our ability to evaluate a community’s needs and join those that can best work together. In this instance, the CO:UP is a hub which will provide people; from couples, to families, and individuals to groups, with a unique place which combines the elements of active performance and recovery.
It’s a place where people gather, connect and build community around staying active, keeping fit and focusing on overall wellbeing. It’s not a gym. It’s a place to compete, to play and to relax. It’s a place to connect and re-connect.
