Etiquette

Be courteous and mindful when attending scheduled showings:

• Arrive on time or call your agent if you are running early or late • Wear comfortable shoes & be prepared to take them off • Eat and use the restroom prior to viewing • Respect the seller’s personal property • Stay together when viewing; tour the home as a group • Children are welcomed, but keep watch over them • Leave it exactly the way you found it • Stay on track • Be mindful of surveillance • If you love the house share that detail once you exit • Be politely frank and move on if the house is not for you • Take notes of what you like and don’t like • Only take interior photos of the home if given permission
