DESCRIPTION
Public lecture "Urban regeneration - innovation not war" will take place on 2 December 2008 at 19.00 in the British Council (Nikoloyamskaya str. 1). The topic of the lecture is development of poor public areas by attracting specialists, investors and publics and promotion of social entrepreneurship and Web 2.0.
