Question: Is my company too small, we only need a few resources?

Answer: Your Company is not too small; we set up partnerships anywhere from 2-5 resources for many of our clients.

Question: Are the resources in the “Center of Excellence” (COE) my workers?

Answer: Yes, we only ask that you set the core requirement for core team, we can grow the team as you grow.

Question: Why do company’s work with Nihilent in the “COE” when they can hire and maintain consultants and

developers locally?

Answer: Developers from Nihilent will come in at $29/hr and local consultants are at $100/hr. The cost factors come in very strong

Question: How do we start working with Nihilent?

Answer: We create a partnership agreement committing that we will establish the team required, learn your environment,

technology, reporting needs and project requirements.

Question: Can Nihilent work with our team at the beginning onsite?

Answer: Yes, we often send one of our senior analysts to learn the environment, team, and technology and to build the relationship so

that when we have our established conference calls and meetings online we know one another.

Question: How do we communicate when there is such a long distance and different time zone involved?

Answer: We establish a regular conference call and time table, also communications can be Skype; Text; and when needed, an

escalation number locally can be called. We work with each client to establish reporting, and call schedules required. Each team has a

project manager assigned that will be responsible.
