agnesian.com Integrative Health Classes Centering through Art Session length: Varies, 120-minute sessions Sessions incorporate art projects that will: • Encourage creativity • Allow for self-expression • Reduce stress • Improve self-esteem • Increase awareness • Help remedy trauma You do not need to be an artist to enjoy the benefits of this class. Most of the exercises rely not on the final product you create but on the therapeutic, meditative ritual of the creative process. Art supplies provided. First Place 4 Health. Session length: 13 weeks, 75-minute sessions Sessions include: • Christ-centered priorities: Bible study, prayer and Scripture memory • Choices for health: Addressing the whole person - emotions, mind, body and spirit • Community: Support and accountability through small groups This program takes a biblical approach to weight loss and overall health management. Individuals will receive a First Place 4 Health members kit. Class schedules will be posted and open for enrollment aas they become available on agnesian.com/know-and-go-classes. Open to children ages three to 12. Yoga props included.
