6 potatoes 1 onion sour cream oil salt

Peel, wash and dry the potatoes Cut the onion in pieces, slices or strips, as you
like better
Preparation
1. Heat the pan with oil, fry the potatoes on a large fire, until they become golden.2. After the fire is reduced and bake until the potatoes are ready. Occasionally stir. 3. 10 minutes before the end of cooking add sliced onions and salt.
Baking
1. Before serving, pour sour cream. You can add dill or spring onions.
