Thank you for your recent supply of the six (6) two hundred and fifty millimetre (250mm) Rotor control valves as per our
Order No. 156781
We wish to advise that the shipment of the units on your invoice No. 2000/12.15789 received at our depot on the
1/12/2000 contained one damaged crate and unit. The crate containing this unit had broken supports allowing the unit
to move freely within the create.
Detailed inspection of the valve (Serial No. WMK 2000-137), contained in this crate, by our technical staff found that the
actuator arm had sustained damage, which rendered the unit unserviceable.
We are returning this unit for replacement
Your urgent attention to this matter would be appreciated
