Reshma has over 10 years of experience in treasury
and corporate finance, primarily in M&A and
corporate fund-raising. She comes to us from
Avendus Capital, where she focused on M&A and
private equity transactions in the infrastructure and
manufacturing space. Her domain expertise lies in
origination and deal execution particularly in the
areas of financial modeling and documentation.
She also writes and curates content for
international financial websites that cater to the
global Indian diaspora. Being a journalist for The
Hindu Business Line newspaper covering industrial
stocks has given her a head start in financial
analysis and provided her with a bird’s eye view of
effective business communication.
Shanin Thomas
Shanin has over 12 years of expertise in value
investing, financial statement analysis, business
valuation, and behavioral finance. He is a value
investor and runs a boutique investment advisory
firm, Analysewise Investment Advisors. He has
delivered corporate training programs on
valuation, industry analysis, equity research and
capital Markets for leading Europe-based
investment banks and several other corporates.
Having worked as an Investment Banker with JP
Morgan in their Mumbai and New York offices, he
was also part of a 4-member team which worked
closely with MSD Capital, which is the family office
of Michael Dell. Shanin is a qualified CFA and has a
Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai
University.
