Two day course. This KMP II course is designed for any
professional who is part of a product development or
knowledge work environment.
The Kanban Method is a set of principles and practices that
are applied to an existing process. You will get a robust
understanding of the Lean Kanban principles and practices
and a practical experience of how Lean Kanban helps
