v STEP2:Pre-ClassE-learning–Upto15LearningModulesApproximately10hoursofself-pacedstudyisrequiredpriortojoiningtheclass,accessibleattheKMInstituteLMS.SeeoutlineofThemeOnebelowformoduledescriptions.

v STEP3:AttendtheCKMWorkshopTheface-to-faceworkshopincludesexpertinstructorlecture,classroomdiscussion,andinteractivegroupexercisesdesignedtoengageparticipantsinreal-lifescenariosandapplicationstoyourpersonalandorganizationalchallenges.

v STEP4:StudyadditionalOnlineLearningModulestoprepareforCKMassessment*Thecomplete“eCKM”–e-learningversionoftheCKMcourse–isprovidedviaourLMS,sothatyoumayreviewself-studymodules,andpreparefortheCKMexam.

v STEP5:CertificationTheCKMexamisthefinalstepinobtainingyourCKMcredential.Ittestsyourabilitytoapplybestpracticesusingyourunderstandingoftheconceptspresentedanddiscussedinclassandviayouronlinelearningmodules.Assoonastheworkshopconcludes,eachparticipantwillgainaccesstothepost-classcertificationexamviatheonlineLMS.Theexamistimed,one-hour,andconsistsof50multiple-choicequestions.Ifyoudon’tpassthefirsttime,youwillbeabletoretaketheexamuntilapassingscoreof70%isachieved.Thereisnoextrafeefortheexam;itisincludedinthecostofyourcertificationcourse.*Theexammaybetakenimmediatelyafterclass,oryoumayspendextratimeinstudyandreviewasneeded.UponsuccessfulcompletionoftheCKMexam,requiringafinalgradeof70%orabove,youwill:
