"TRIPLE T" PACKAGE DETAILS We provide assistance in all required red tape including visas, customs formalities, currency exchange, etc. Applicant receives a formal registered invitation to obtain an appropriate visa in the country of residence prior to arrival.  Our staff is skilled to help with any legal procedure that might arise during the stay.

If requested, we make all flight arrangements. Applicants are liable to pay for only  international airfare to Tbilisi. Our crew members provide airport pick-up and drop-of services for every arriving trainee safely and comfortably transporting him to the destination.

Our trainees stay in the 4-star hotel facilities in historical sites, which boast the best Summer sporting  and entertainment  events, ethnical festivals, competitions and cultural performances. The huge area of outstanding natural beauty makes it the best place for rest and recreation. Transportation to and from the training class is also a convenience arranged by our staff.

The Package includes two daily meals in the hotel restaurant which has variety ethnic and Western dishes on the menu. Kutaisi Georgia, the final destination for trainees are packed with affordable Oriental and Western fast food restaurants scattered around the whole city.

Georgia has always been one of the most unique cultures in the world and, therefore our weekend cultural program has its special place on a "Triple T" agenda. Package includes weekend history sightseeing and shopping tours, attendance of cultural events and performances, swimming and diving. We have it all for our trainees.

COURSE OUTLINE

This course includes thorough analysis of the English language, grammar and parts of speech, with an emphasis on form, functions and phonology. The structure and usage of language are examined with careful reference to foreign students and anticipated teaching problems. The trainees are taught how to estimate probable length of teaching time and also a logical teaching order. Contexts are examined with a view to relevancy, usefulness and cultural sensitivity. An overall study of the language skills is emphasized with particular reference to listening, understanding, speaking, reading, writing and sub skills within those categories. Different types of lessons are studied; specifically grammar and skills, with the emphasis on their contribution and effectiveness to a balanced syllabus. Much of the grammar is designated independent study followed by supervised testing.

Through demonstrations, a hands-on approach to teaching techniques is emphasized. These techniques include giving instructions, eliciting, modeling highlighting, checking, correcting, blackboard use, voice projection and manner. Included in this course is an overview of classroom control, cultural awareness and dealing with student problems. Trainees are taught how to use course books effectively, how to plan lessons and syllabi, how to test and use communication activities including games, music, role-play, multimedia resources, etc.

This course gives the trainees a chance to make practical use of their theoretical knowledge. Teaching practice is done in groups, one instructor and a class of foreign students. Each trainee is assigned carefully monitored teaching points progressing from 20 minutes in duration to 40 minutes by the end of the course. In order to give trainees as much experience as possible, they are assigned different types of lessons and opportunities to practice teaching with different levels of foreign students. An important part of this course is critiquing; trainees are taught how to critique their own as well as other people’s lessons. The emphasis is on focus and overall relevancy, rather than insignificant details.

TUITION AND FEESThe course is divided according to the assessment criteria to meet the job placement requirements. The more

credit hours you have the higher qualification you claim. Although it is up to the employer's discretion to decide which category of qualification works better for his institution. In ESL world it counts which level you apply for - university, school or kindergarten. At list it should be that way, but frankly speaking it is not a commonplace when employers take into account this qualification grading and when hiring teachers it is usual that they fit them into position whichever is vacant or deemed necessary to fill in. Nothing's outstanding here and we take it as a routine. However, when deciding on remuneration package or salary, the certificate level speaks for itself. In most cases the qualification level turns out to be the milestone to reach agreement on salary issue. 100 credit hour background is the maximum credit one would need to acquire even the Master's degree in postgraduate education system. Finally, the teacher who's accomplishments state maximum in educational background will always have advantage when there is a competition to fill in the vacancy. This is logical and inevitable even in other spheres.

Master Course gives full privileges to a holder to teach on university and college levels, adults and children. Its sphere of competence is not limited.

Master (Waiver) Course is a compact training package similar to online learning and is not eligible for licensing.

Standard Course is basically for middle and high school teachers, although it is up to an employer’s discretion to hire  for other duties.
