CEZOMA WINDING Spare Parts Manual

Note on Cezoma Winding spare parts manuals: Every Cezoma model has its own p arts manual. Many of the parts are interchangeable between various models. While many of the machines share common parts, there will be some variation between older and newer models. The pages shown here represent the mainstream of common parts. We have an extensive collection of parts manuals, however, that are not shown. If you have a page that you need to reference, please call or email us with the page and item number on that page. We reference Cezoma spare parts very simply. Page number, followed by a dash, then the item number. Example: page 359D10 is the page for Automat parts. Part #3 is the hand wheel. Our part number would then be 359D10-3. Sometimes a page in your own manual will not reflect the actual specs of your part. For example, the page 357D74 shows the Tailstock assembly. Item 1 on that page is the tip. We custom make the tip for this part based on your application, so a sample or print may be required if we have not made this previously. Some parts for the Cezoma are simply so out of date that it is not cost effective to keep new parts on the shelf. These may be parts that do not wear, but will occasionally break. In some cases, we have pulled parts from old models and keep a modest inventory of used parts available. Please note, that when new parts are in stock for a part, used parts are not available. We also have a few Cezoma winders in our warehouse that can be converted to certain applications. Please con-tact us for information on used machines and conversions. We require two empty and two full packages (bobbin or spool) of your product to assess conversion.
