EXHIBITOR BOOTH $2000 COLOMBIAN FEST WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

• (1) 10’ x 10’ TENT / BOOTH - Space with one open-sided canopy tent with interior lighting.

• 1 TABLE 8’X4’ AND 2 FOLDING CHAIRS - Vendors to bring their own tablecloths and decorations for tent and surrounding area.

• BOOTH SIGN WITH YOUR LOGO.

• ACCESS TO 2-20 AMP OUTLETS (additional fees may apply for special requests.

• 6 PEOPLE PER BOOTH ALLOWED. All vendors are required to wear an authorized wrist band, which will be included in vendor packages.

• PARKING PASSES – All vendors will be provided special parking permits put inside windshield. All unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.

• PROMO MATERIAL & GIVEAWAYS – right to distribute flyers and other materials during event, that pertain to your company.

• NOT ALLOWED to share booth with another company or distribute promotional materials for another company.

• EXHIBITOR REQUESTS TO GIVE OUT FOOD SAMPLES?? – MAX 2 OZ. ALSO MUST OBTAIN FOOD PERMIT. NO BEVERAGE OR LIQOUR SAMPLE ALLOWED. MUST PAY FOOD VENDOR PRICE.

Digital Ad material allowed will be commercials or videos in mp3 format and logos, posters & flyers in PDF format. NO SOUND will be projected, ONLY VISUAL IMAGE due to live concert. 1st Video Production – ON STAGE, you will see a Giant 24’x12’ft LED Screen, which will project LIVE video feed of artist performance. Digital Ads will ONLY be played on stage during intermissions. Also sharing stage video production, we will have two (2) 50in LED TV screens in VIP area and three (3) more Giant 9’x15’ft LED Screens spread out thru the park for maximum visibility of stage.

• All logos and still images like posters or flyers will run 10 second impressions. Commercials, videos and promos will run their length, 15 sec, 30 seconds or maximum of 60 seconds.

• PROMO MATERIAL & GIVEAWAYS – right to distribute flyers and other materials during event, of your company.

• Vendors interested BUT have no material to submit, should be referred to our media partner, LED RENTALS HOUSTON, 832-754-5644. Exclusive Special Pricing for all COLOMBIAN FEST vendors only.

DIGITAL ADS $2000

2nd Video Production All digital material produced and submitted will rotate and run continuously all day long on twelve (12) 40in flat LED screens mounted on all ticket and coupon booths (see picture above). Duration of video production will depend on amount of material submitted. Average ad exposure will be 10 times per hour.

VENDORS ONLY

Special pricing for Colombian Fest event participants such as exhibitors, in

case the client does not have the proper material to present.

1. 30 Second Video $350.00

2. 15 Second Video $250.00

3. Animated promo 15 second $150.00 (Images, text and voice-over

only)

Standard for file submission required:

· Images. jpgs only. 300 dpi high resolution.

· Videos. They need to be MP4, FLV or MOV files. H264, 25 fps,

1080p or no less than 720p.

DEADLINE / CUTOFF for Video Production will be 2 weeks

from Main event, which will be Friday, July 4th, 2014.

Anything after July 4th will incur a $200 RUSH FEE

We will NOT accept jobs after Monday, July 14th, 2014.
