In continuation to this office Circular No.44 dated 28.06.2018, further 911 seats have become available due to cancellations received from various States. A statement showing cancellations received from the respective States and the wait-listed pilgrims for Haj-20 18, who are now provisionally selected in terms of Guidelines for Haj-20 18, distributed as per Muslim Population is Annexed. 2. The aforesaid provisionally selected pilgrims from waiting list are required to deposit Haj amount of AZIZY A category of accommodation and Embarkation Point. a. Online at hajcommittee.gov.in or b. In Haj Committee ofIndia's Account NO.32175020010 FEE TYPE-25 maintained with SBI or account NO.318702010406009 (Haj Amount Account) maintained with UBI through any Branch of SBII UBI having Core Banking System. 3. These provisionally selected pilgrims may be advised that after depositing the amount, original valid machine readable International passport with one colour photograph attached to the back of passport with adhesive tape, pay-in-slip of the deposited amount along with Medical Screening and Fitness Certificate and undertaking should be submitted to their respective State Haj Committee on or before 21.07.2018. 4. All the provisionally selected pilgrims who wish to undertake Haj journey have to submit an undertaking as per additional seats allocated to India for Haj-20 18 in the Annual Bilateral Agreement between India and KSA subject to the condition that they will be accommodated outside the traditional boundaries ofMina. (Format of undertaking is enclosed) 5. The State Haj Committees shall submit the valid machine readable International passports after uploading all documents along with pay-in-slip/Medical Screening and Fitness Certificate to Haj Committee oflndia, after receipt from the pilgrims' along with list of the pilgrims with skipped Covers immediately. 6. The selection from waiting list shall be purely provisional and subject to Visa endorsement by Royal Consulate of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai failing which, Haj Committee of India will be constrained to cancel the provisional selection. .2.
