    What i I pay late?

    I you dont pay at least the minimumpayment by the due date, youll becharged a late payment ee o $X.

    In addition, i you make a late payment,you will be in deault and you may besubject to interest rate increases.

    I you are late more than once in a sixmonth period, the late payment eewill go up to $Y. I you make on timepayments or six months, it will returnto $X.

    What do I have to pay and when?

    We will send your bill to the address on fle. You agree to pay allauthorized charges on the bill, including interest and ees. You agreeto pay us or charges that we allow over your credit limits. You mustpay at least the minimum payment by the due date stated on each bill.

    We choose which balances to pay with the minimum payment. Weapply payments above the minimum to balances with the highestAPRs frst.

    You must pay in U.S. dollars, without restrictive terms, and accordingto all the other standard payment instructions. Mailed paymentsshould be sent to [payment address].

    Special Promotions How is interest calculated?

    We calculate interest using the daily balance method with compounding.This means that interest compounds daily.

    We will not charge you interest on purchases i you pay your ull accountbalance by the due date each month. This is called a grace period. Iyou do not take advantage o the grace period, we will charge intereststarting the day you make a purchase. I you do not pay your ull accountbalance on time in any month you will lose your grace period until you payyour ull account balance on time x months in a row. You pay interest on

    cash advances or balance transers rom [date].

    Your APRs are variable, except [excluded rates]. They increase or decrease with the prime rate. From the [day] o eachbilling period, we apply APRs based on the prime rate published x business days beore the end o that period.
