• Trash Alert! Don’t leave trash in front of your door or in

breezeways, violators will be fined $75 PER BAG! • Please remember that our breezeways must be clear of all clutter. We will remove all items and charge $100 for each item.

• ALL MINORS MUST be accompanied by an adult throughout the com-

munity. Minors MAY NOT be in the clubhouse, gym, pool or

computer areas unsupervised!!!
