Common Ground restored the Prince George Hotel to create permanent supportive housing.

- 416 Units- Manhattan, NY- Mix of low-income working persons and formerly homeless single adults- CUCS provides on-site support services-Restored Prince George Ballroom event space- Partnership with Community Supported Agriculture program brings fresh, organic, affordable produce to tenants- Recipient of the 2003 World Habitat Award$40 million project

The Christopher is home to Common Ground's first Foyer program. Run by Good Shepherd Services, The Foyer provides housing and supportive services to youth aging out of foster care or housing needy.

- 207 Units, 40 Foyer Units- Manhattan, NY- Mix of low-income working persons and formerly homeless adults, as well as youth in Foyer program- CUCS provides on-site support services-Site of the former Robert McBurney YMCA- $32 million project

The Schermerhorn is Common Ground's first new construction project and first building in Brooklyn.

- 217 Units- Brooklyn, NY- Mix of low-income working adults who are or were employed in the arts and entertainment industry and formerly homeless adults- The Actors Fund and CUCS provide on-site support services- On-site community theater- Part of larger redevelopment plan for downtown, Brooklyn- $59 million project

- 87 units - Seattle, WA- Single rooms with subsidized rents for formerly homeless individuals- On-site services provided by Plymouth Housing Group- Formerly St. Regis Hotel- Home of Carl's Tenant Supply Closet- $16.5 million project

Plymouth Housing Group renovated this building that was once the Seattle Grand Opera House in downtown Seattle.

- 65 Units- Seattle, WA- Housing for formerly homeless individuals- On-site services provided by Plymouth Housing Group- Corner retail space was transformed into the Plymouth Cafe, generating funds to support the social services in the buildings

Plymouth Housing Group, starting in August 2006, erected this 5-story building in downtown Seattle.

- 95 units- Seattle, WA- Housing for homeless senior and military service veteran population- On-site services provided by Plymouth Housing Group- Plymouth Housing Group's administrative offices occupy the first floor space- $22.7 million project

Skid Row Trust developed The Abbey Apartments to create an opportunity to replace life on the streets with a home of one's own and a supportive community.

- 113 Units- Los Angeles, CA- 100 Shelter Plus Care subsidized units, 24 units for 50% AMI or below- Complete range of support services necessary to move beyond poverty, illness and addiction provided

Skid Row Trust redeveloped the St. George, an important neighborhood revitalization project, to house the city's most vulnerable residents from the Skid Row neighborhood.

- 86 units- Los Angeles, CA - 69 supportive housing/SRO units, 17 special needs housing/efficiency units, all Shelter Plus Care subsidized units- Complete range of support services necessary to move beyond poverty, illness and addiction provided- Received a preservation award from Los Angeles Conservancy and a Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Award - $9.7 million project
