Since 1988 when ProServ was founded by John Proper, we have been an exclusive Ricoh/Savin Dealer. We are proud to represent and provide a Tier 1 product to our customer base. Ricoh has been a tremendous partner

and provided ProServ abundant support and resources.

Ben Fitzpatrick
Thought this note was good to showcase our dedication to Ricoh and being an exclusive dealer since inception.

Thought this would be a good way to introduce what our company was built on. Started as a Page Tech company and identified companies did not know how much they were spending on print output. This video demonstrates our discovery process and how we consolidated and managed fleets.

Good way to introduce how we developed as a Page company to an information and data company. We got tired of relying on other vendors to meet our standard of A- or better. Our customers began to expect this level of service from other vendors and couldn't get it. They asked us to grow with them and provide additional services and have a consistent level of performance and service on all things document, data, device and dollar related.

Information life cycle. As technology evolved and became more connected, ProServ's offerings expanded. Having one throat to choke creates a vendor that is completely accountable, transparent and responsible for ownership of all issues. Usually each discipline on this life cycle represents a different vendor. Why pay a premium to have 7 vendors who don't take ownership and push the blame on another vendor. Customer just wants their technology to work and work right now. Having 1 vendor provides a greater return on ivnestment and economy of scale. ProServ - one throat to choke.

Does your office look like this?

Ben Fitzpatrick
Most companies today have a data retention policy, but does your company have a Document retention policy in place? Here is an example of a customer in Oceanside, CA. They had a tremendous amount of legacy paperwork that had not been backed up, imaged or converted to digital format. We worked with them to develop a customized workflow that imaged, sorted and indexed the legacy information. This provided them security and peace of mind if the information were to be destroyed or lost but more importantly, made it accessible and at their fingertips anywhere in the world with an internet connection. This allows them to save time and frustration of locating information and also gave them the ability to provide more efficient customer service by saving time and effort retrieving this information.

How Do We Digitize This Legacy Information?

I couldn't find images of awards that didn't have other dealer names on the plaque.
