Decongestant- Reduce congestion in the respiratory system.
Afrin-Generic name: Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride-A spray
- Inhaled through the nose -Used to
- Ease short term nasal congestion for 12 hours.
- Prolonged use may result in symptoms returning and cause dependency on the product.

Corticosteroids – Man made drugs that closely resemble cortisol, a hormone produced by the adrenal glands. Used to reduce inflammation in the respiratory tract.Nasonex
-Generic name: Mometasone-A spray
- Inhaled through the nose usually once per day.
-Used to- Prevent nasal symptoms for allergies
such as runny/itchy nose and sneezing.
- Reduce swelling in the nasal passages.

Serevent -Generic name: Salmeterol-A spray
- Inhaled through the mouth.-Used to prevent
- asthma attacks by relaxing muscles in the airways to improve breathing.
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) including emphysema & chronic bronchitis.
-Not to be used during an asthma attack that has already begun.-Has been known to increase the risk and intensity of asthma attacks.
