1 Remove the antenna cable plug from your TV (or SatelliteReceiver/Cable Box). Connect it to the ANTENNA inputsocket at the back of the DVD recorder.

2 Use the supplied antenna cable to connect the DVDrecorder’s TV output socket to the antenna input socket atthe back of your TV set

3 Use the supplied scart cable to connect the DVD recorder’sEXT 1 TO TV-I/O socket to the SCART socket at the backof your TV set.

4 Connect the power cable of the DVD recorder’s ~ MAINSto the power supply.

Helpful Hints:If your TV does not have the above-mentionedconnectors, please refer to the user manual for moreinformation on others possible connection to yourTV set.

Prepare the remote control

1 Press STANDBY-ON 2 on the DVD recorder to switchit on.

2 Switch on the TV set and select the correct video in channel,the First Installation menu appears on the TV.

NO PICTURE! Press the TV/AV button or CHANNEL 3 4button on the TV to select the correct video in channel, forexample, 'EXT', '0', or 'AV'.

3 Press 3 4 to select an item in the menu.Press 2 to access the selected item’s options.Press 1 to confirm your selection.When you complete, select { Done } in the menu and pressOK to continue.

4 { Language and Country } menu appears.{ Language } – select on-screen display language.{ Country } – select country of your residence.

5 { TV Format } menu appears.{ TV Format } – select TV screen display.

6 { Channel Search } menu appears.Press OK to start automatic TV channel search.Once the TV channel search is completed, the total number ofchannels found is displayed.

7 { Time and Date } menu appears.If the time and date shown on the TV are not correct,press 2 to enter the respective time/date field. Press 3 4 tochange the first digit and press 2 to go to the next digit field.Once complete, press OK to confirm.

8 Press 4 to select { Done } and press OK to save the changes.➜ The first installation is now complete.

NO SOUND! Connect the AUDIO L/R (red/white) sockets atthe back of the DVD recorder to the correspond AUDIO inputsockets on a TV set, stereo system or receiver. Turn on theconnected system and select the appropriate channel.

3 To stop playback, press STOP 9.

To watch the TV programmes1 Press TUNER on the remote control, then press 3 4 to

select the programme number.

To play a DVD+R on other DVD players, youmust finalise it first

1 Press EDIT on the remote control.

2 Press 3 4 to select { Finalise } in the menu, thenpress OKto start finalising the DVD+R.

Once a DVD+R is finalised, no further recording orediting is possible. Unfinalising a DVD+R is notpossible.

1 Débranchez le câble de l’antenne de votre téléviseur (ou devotre récepteur satellite/boîtier-décodeur). Insérez le câbledans la prise ANTENNA située à l’arrière du DVDRecorder.

2 Utilisez le câble d’antenne fourni pour raccorder la sortieTV du DVD Recorder à l’entrée de l’antenne située àl’arrière du téléviseur.

3 Connectez la prise EXT 1 TO TV-I/O du DVD Recorder àla prise péritel à l’arrière du téléviseur à l’aide du câblepéritel fourni.

4 Branchez le cordon d’alimentation (à partir de la prise~ MAINS) du DVD Recorder sur la prise secteur.

Préparation de la télécommande

1 Appuyez sur la touche STANDBY-ON 2 du DVD Recorderpour allumer ce dernier.

2 Mettez le téléviseur sous tension, puis sélectionnez le canald’entrée vidéo correct. Le menu d’installation initiale(première) apparaît à l’écran du téléviseur.ABSENCE D’IMAGE! Appuyez sur la touche TV/AV ouCHANNEL 3 4 du téléviseur pour sélectionner le canal d’entréevidéo correct (par exemple, ‘EXT’, ‘0’ ou ‘AV’).

7 Le menu { Heure et date } s’affiche.Si l’heure et la date affichées à l’écran sont incorrectes,appuyez sur 2 pour adapter les champs heure/date. Appuyezsur les touches 3 4 pour modifier le premier chiffre, puis surla touche 2 pour passer au chiffre suivant. Une fois l’opérationterminée, appuyez sur OK.

8 Appuyez sur la touche 4 pour sélectionner { Terminé },puis sur la touche OK pour enregistrer les modifications.➜ L’installation initiale est maintenant terminée.

Pour afficher les chaînes TV1 Appuyez sur la touche TUNER de la télécommande, puis

sur 3 4 pour sélectionner le numéro de chaîne.

Pour lire le DVD+R sur d’autres lecteurs deDVD, vous devez d’abord le finaliser.

1 Appuyez sur la touche EDIT de la télécommande.

2 Appuyez sur 3 4 pour sélectionner l’option { Finaliser}dans le menu, puis appuyez sur OK pour lancer la finalisationdu DVD+R.

Une fois la finalisation terminée, vous ne pourrezplus effectuer d’enregistrement ni d’édition sur leDVD+R. Il est impossible de définaliser un DVD+R.

1 Ziehen Sie das Antennenkabel vom Fernseher (bzw.Satellitenempfänger oder Kabelkonverter) ab. Schließen Siedas Kabel an der Buchse ANTENNA an der Rückseite desDVD-Recorders an.

2 Verwenden Sie das mitgelieferte Antennenkabel, um dieBuchse TV des DVD-Recorders mit derAntenneneingangsbuchse an der Rückseite IhresFernsehgeräts zu verbinden.

3 Verbinden Sie die Buchse EXT 1 TO TV-I/O am DVD-Recorder mit der Scart-Buchse auf der Rückseite desFernsehers. Verwenden Sie dazu das mitgelieferte Scart-Kabel.

4 Verbinden Sie die Buchse ~ MAINS am DVD-Recorderüber das Netzkabel mit der Steckdose.

Nützliche Tipps:Wenn der Fernseher nicht über die oben genanntenAnschlüsse verfügt, lesen Sie im Handbuch nach,welche anderen möglichen Verbindungen mit demFernseher hergestellt werden können.

Bereiten Sie die Fernbedienung vor

1 Drücken Sie am DVD-Recorder die Taste STANDBY-ON 2,um ihn einzuschalten.

2 Schalten Sie das Fernsehgerät ein, und wählen Sie denrichtigen Videoeingangskanal. Das Menü zur Erstinstallationwird am Fernsehgerät angezeigt.KEIN BILD! 2 Die Wiedergabe startet automatisch.➜ Wenn auf dem Fernsehgerät in einem Dialogfeld { Wünschen SieZugriff auf Disk-Inhalt? } angezeigt wird, drücken Sie 3 4 undanschließend { Ja } zum Anzeigen des Inhalts der Disc.➜ Wenn ein Disc-Menü angezeigt wird, drücken Sie 1 2 3 4, umim Menü zu navigieren, markieren Sie einen Titel, und drücken SieOK oder PLAY 2, um die Wiedergabe zu starten.

KEIN TON! Verbinden Sie die Buchsen AUDIO L/R (rot/weiß) ander Rückseite des DVD-Recorders mit den entsprechenden Audio-Eingangsbuchsen an einem Fernsehgerät, einem Stereosystem odereinem Receiver. Schalten Sie das System ein, und wählen Sie denentsprechenden Kanal.

3 Um die Wiedergabe abzubrechen, drücken Sie die TasteSTOP 9.

So zeigen Sie TV-Programme an1 Drücken Sie auf der Fernbedienung auf TUNER, und drücken Sie

anschließend auf 3 4, um die Programmnummer auszuwählen.

Um die DVD+R auf anderen DVD-Playern abspielenzu können, müssen Sie sie erst finalisieren.

1 Drücken Sie auf der Fernbedienung die Taste EDIT.

2 Drücken Sie 3 4, um im Menü die Option { Finalisieren }auszuwählen. Drücken Sie anschließend OK, um mit derFinalisierung der DVD+R zu beginnen.

Nach der Finalisierung können auf der DVD+R keineweiteren Aufnahmen hinzugefügt oder bestehendeAufnahmen bearbeitet werden. Es ist nicht möglich,die Finalisierung einer DVD+R aufzuheben.

2 La reproducción comenzará automáticamente.➜ Si aparece el cuadro de diálogo { ¿Acceder a los contenidos deldisco? } en el televisor, pulse 3 4 para seleccionar { Sí } si deseamostrar el contenido del disco.➜ Si aparece un menú de disco, pulse 1 2 3 4 para desplazarsedentro del menú, resalte un título y pulse OK o PLAY 2 parainiciar la reproducción.

NO HAY SONIDO. Conecte las tomas AUDIO L/R (roja/blanca)situadas en la parte posterior del grabador de DVD a las tomas deentrada AUDIO correspondientes del televisor, equipo estéreo oreceptor. Encienda el sistema conectado y seleccione el canal apropiado.

3 Para detener la reproducción, pulse STOP 9.

Para ver los programas de televisión1 Pulse TUNER en el control remoto y, a continuación, pulse

3 4 para seleccionar el número de programa.

Para reproducir el disco DVD+R en otrosreproductores de DVD, debe en primer lugarcerrar la sesión en él.

1 Pulse EDIT en el control remoto.

2 Utilize o cabo de antena fornecido para conectar a saídaTV do gravador de DVD à entrada da antena na parte detrás do televisor

3 Utilize o cabo scart fornecido para conectar a fichaEXT 1 TO TV-I/O do gravador de DVD à ficha SCART naparte de trás do televisor.

4 Ligue o cabo de alimentação do gravador de DVD~ MAINS à tomada eléctrica.

Prepare o telecomando

1 Prima STANDBY-ON 2 no gravador de DVD para o ligar.

2 Ligue o televisor e seleccione o canal de entrada de vídeocorrecto, aparece o menu de primeira Instalação no ecrã.

SEM IMAGEM! Prima o botão TV/AV ou CHANNEL 3 4 dotelevisor para seleccionar o canal de entrada de vídeo correcto, porexemplo, ‘EXT’, ‘0’ ou ‘AV’.

3 Prima 3 4 para seleccionar um item no menu.Prima 2 para aceder às opções do item seleccionado.Prima 1 para confirmar a sua selecção.Uma vez concluído, seleccione { Done } (Feito) no menu eprima OK para continuar.

4 O menu { Language and Country } (Idioma e país) aparece.{ Language } (Idioma) – seleccione o idioma do visor (OSD).{ Country } (País) – seleccione o país de residência.

1 Verwijder de antennekabel van uw TV (of satellietontvanger/kabeldoos). Sluit de antennekabel op de ANTENNA-aansluiting aan de achterkant van de DVD-recorder aan.

2 Sluit de meegeleverde antennekabel op de TV-aansluiting vande DVD-recorder en de antenne-ingang aan de achterkantvan uw TV aan.

3 Sluit de scartkabel op de aansluiting EXT 1 TO TV-I/O-aansluiting van uw DVD-recorder en de SCART-aansluitingaan de achterkant van uw TV aan.

4 Sluit het netsnoer van de~ MAINS van de DVD-recorderaan op de voeding.

Handige tips:Raadpleeg als uw TV niet beschikt over de hierbovengenoemde connectoren de gebruikershandleidingvoor meer informatie over andere mogelijkeaansluitingen op uw TV.

De afstandsbediening voorbereiden

1 Druk op de DVD-recorder op STANDBY-ON 2 omdeze in te schakelen.

2 Zet de TV aan en selecteer het correcte video-ingangskanaal.Het eerste installatiemenu wordt op de TV weergegeven.GEEN BEELD! Druk op de knop TV/AV of CHANNEL 3 4 op de TVom het correcte video-ingangskanaal te selecteren, bijv. ‘EXT’, ‘0’ of ‘AV’.

3 Druk op 3 4 om een item in het menu te selecteren.Druk op 2 als u de opties voor de geselecteerde items wilt openen.Druk op 1 om uw keuze te bevestigen.Selecteer als u gereed bent { Done } (Gereed) in het menuen druk op OK om verder te gaan.

4 Het menu { Language and Country } (Taal en Land)wordt weergegeven.

{ Language } (Taal) – selecteer een schermtaal.{ Country } (Land) – selecteer uw land van verblijf.

5 Het menu { TV Format } (Beeldformaat) wordt weergegeven.{ TV Format} (Beeldformaat) – selecteer uw TV-scherm.

7 Het menu { Time and Date } (Tijd en Datum) wordtweergegeven.

Als de weergegeven tijd en datum niet juist zijn, drukt u op 2als u de velden tijd en datum wilt invoeren. Druk op 3 4 omhet eerste cijfer te wijzigen en druk op 2 als u naar hetvolgende cijferveld wilt gaan. Druk op OK als u klaar bent.

8 Druk op 4 als u { Done } (Gereed) wilt selecteren en drukop OK als u de wijzigingen wilt opslaan.➜ De eerste instelling is nu voltooid.

Druk op OK ofPLAY 2 om het afspelen te starten.

GEEN GELUID! Sluit de AUDIO L/R-aansluitingen (rood/wit) aande achterkant van de DVD-recorder aan op de overeenkomendeAUDIO-ingangen van een TV, stereosysteem of ontvanger. Zet hetaangesloten systeem aan en selecteer het correcte kanaal.

3 Druk op STOP 9 om het afspelen te beëindigen.

TV-programma’s bekijken

1 Druk op TUNER op de afstandsbediening en druk vervolgensop 3 4 om het programmanummer te selecteren.

U dient de DVD+R eerst te finaliseren voordat udeze op andere DVD-spelers kunt afspelen.

1 Druk op EDIT op de afstandsbediening.

2 Druk op 3 4 om { Finalise } (Finaliseren) te selecteren inhet menu en druk op OK om de DVD+R te finaliseren.

Nadat de DVD+R is gefinaliseerd, kunt u nietmeer opnemen op de DVD+R of wijzigingenaanbrengen. Het is niet mogelijk het finaliserenvan een DVD+R ongedaan te maken.

1 Rimuovere la presa del cavo antenna dal televisore (oricevitore satellitare/del cavo). Collegare il cavo alla presaANTENNA posizionata sulla parte posteriore delregistratore DVD.

2 Utilizzare il cavo antenna fornito in dotazione per collegarela presa TV del registratore DVD alla presa di ingressodell’antenna posizionata sulla parte posteriore del televisore.

3 Utilizzare il cavo scart fornito in dotazione per collegare lapresa EXT 1 TO TV-I/O del registratore DVD alla presaSCART posizionata sul retro del televisore.

4 Collegare il cavo di alimentazione dalla ~ MAIN delregistratore all’alimentatore di corrente.

Preparare il telecomando

1 Premere STANDBY-ON sul registratore DVD per accenderlo.

2 Accendere il televisore e selezionare il canale Video Incorretto. Sullo schermo del televisore viene visualizzato ilmenu relativo all’installazione prima.NESSUNA IMMAGINE Premere il tasto TV/AV oppureCHANNEL 3 4 sul televisore per selezionare il canale Video Incorretto, ad esempio, ‘EXT’, ‘0’ o ‘AV’.

3 Premere 3 4 per selezionare una voce nel menu.Premere 2 per accedere alle opzioni relative alla voceselezionata.Premere 1 per confermare la selezione.Al termine dell’operazione, selezionare { Done } (Finito) nelmenu e premere OK per continuare.

4 Viene visualizzato il menu { Language and Country }(Lingua e Paese).

Premere 3 4per modificare la prima cifra e premere 2 per passare al campodella cifra successiva. Al termine della procedura, premere OK.

8 Premere 4 per selezionare { Done } (Finito) e premere OKper salvare le modifiche.➜ L’installazione iniziale è stata completata.
