The United Kitchen Apprenticeship gives vulnerable people a fresh start by offering an apprenticeship programme to study towards an NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery, whilst working in the kitchen team at Brigade Restaurant.

This is one of the many programmes the Committee will examine to contribute to its findings. If you are an apprentice or employer, share your story with us at [email protected]
