I created these Chakra Mandalas so that you could use them to CREATE balance in your chakra system.

~color them in…

~continue to expand the mandala with your own drawing…

These Sanskrit symbols and mandalas are sacred symbols that our psyche recognizes from tens of thousands of years ago.

When you “meditate” on the chakra symbols by painting or coloring them in, you are sending energy to each of your chakras.

Following is a simple description of each chakra…

First Chakra

RED This is where we feel connected to our tribe, our “village.”

This is our root, our connection to Mother Earth.

Second Chakra

orange This is where we create.

Are you living YOUR creation or someone else”s?

Financial emotions.

Pleasure emotions.

“I FEEL…”

Third Chakra

yellow This is the center of our self-esteem.

Do you feel in control?

You are ENOUGH.

“I ACT…”

Fourth Chakra

green This is where we love.

This is where we create healthy relationships.

This is where we learn to follow our heart & integrate the physical and the spiritual.

“I LOVE…”

Fifth Chakra

blue This is where we speak our truth.

How strong is your voice?

Do you feel heard?

Sixth Chakra

indigo This is where we see through our third eye.

This is where we see the full truth of the physical AND the ethereal worlds.

Seventh Chakra

Magenta or white This is where we are united with our Higher Self.

This is the “thousand petaled lotus.”

There is no right or wrong way to use these chakra mandalas. Please share your chakra balancing meditations with us. Explore these sacred symbols with your colored pencils, watercolors or paints. As you add the color know that you are adding energy, vital energies, to your own energetic, creative body.
