This week at playgroup
Dear Parents and Carers
Well another half term done, this year is whizzing by! The final half term is always a busy one for playgroup with Sports day and preparing our older children for school nursery and reception. We are all looking forward to the last half term and we have lots of exciting things planned for the children.
We hope you all have a lovely half term holiday and enjoy the sunshine.
REMINDERS
The sun will hopefully be shining this week at playgroup and as the weather warms up please remember to put sun cream on your children before they arrive, we will top up during the day when necessary.
Please label sun cream and put it in your child’s bag.
Children will also need to have sun hats, please make sure these are also named.
Please remember to return your forms for September hours, the deadline is THURSDAY.
Woodland Warriors
At Forest school on a Thursday afternoon (1pm-3pm) with Forest Tribe Friends, we aim to develop confidence, critical thinking, an appreciation of the environment, flora and fauna, physical development... and we mainly have lots of fun!! We try and help the community, we recently helped sow wild flowers around the dell. Some of our favourite activities also include -hammock balancing, shelter building, using tools, fire lighting, cooking on the fire, treasure hunting, cloud watching, mud kitchen....
As spaces are limited for Woodland Warriors now the weather is warming up and we have made the decision to only al-low half termly bookings rather than ad-hoc spaces on the day. If you would like your child to attend Woodland War-riors after half term please email [email protected] and we will send out your invoice and make sure your child has a place.

LITTLE CRCIKETS BABY AND TODDLER GROUP
Don’t forget every Friday we have our toddler group at the cricket pavilion.
£1.50 per family 9-11 this includes hot drinks and biscuits for the adults and a snack for the children. (drop in no need to book)
ALL children are welcome even if they attend playgroup already.
This is a lovely group for meeting other children and parents in the area and a great in-troduction to playgroup life.
