Challenge Guidelines:
• Make a 2-5 minute video of you preparing a quick summer recipe.
• Incorporate fruits and vegetables into the recipe.
• Practice food safety while preparing entry.
• Demonstrate food preparation skills.
• Submit your videos by email to [email protected].
• Deadline to submit video is May 1, 2020.
• 4-H members must be in the 4th –12th grade as of January 1, 2020.
• One entry per 4-H member.
• Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
