In addition to this the recent recession struck Greece and exposed the vulnerabilities crippling the economy even more.The opportunities provided by this evergreen continent is huge, which includes cookery,automobile,mineral processing and techno-enthusiasts(CERN).

How should these future Eastern European companies look like (size, ownership,structure, etc.)?

The focus should be more and more on agri,tech oriented industries as these are major source of income for this continent. Also tourism industry is additional bonus.

What will be their unique values that are making them competitive and how will they be achieved?Well Eastern Europe is geographically and demographically much suited place as it provides a link between east and west. Trade routes, tastes and trends all can be easily communicated between eastern and western culture.
