• Background: Jobs remain scared; the unemployment rate continually climbs up. It is estimated that around 1.000.000 people will become unemployed in 2013.
• Objectives: In short term the project accounts on those recent college graduates still looking for jobs. This will mean, in long term, rapid productivity growth and high overall economic growth.
• Stakeholders: To commit these objectives, there are involvements of three stakeholders.

• Reality check: A few changes in scope, which will focus more on private, small scale schools and firms, whereas resources are still committed and the project can finish on time.

Results show that:•Students are in need of services supplied by Career Bridge;•Soft skills students are lack of => suggest soft skill classes correspondingly.
