Nature of Job:

Management of Projects in instrumentation and control related from initiation to closeout including FEED, Tendering, Evaluation, Award, Design Approvals, Installation, Construction, Commissioning & Handover.

Study the project, ensure that the design, specifications, drawings and other data generated by theengineering contactor meet the quality requirements and are in compliance with applicable codes, standards and regulations.

Preparing the PR, including the Bill of Material, Scope of Work, Specifications, Datasheets/Drawings, Inspection test requirements and Vendor data requirements

Review Expression of Interests (EOI) of different vendors & contractors and provide the technical support for the selection of technical bids (TBE).

Review technical evaluations of vendor offer to ensure PRs technical details are satisfied and to raise Technical Recommendation/Technical Query. Review of the Detail Engineering Documentation includes GA, P&ID, PDMS Model, Control Philosophy, Calculations, Instrument Index, Specifications/Data sheets for field and control room instruments.

Interfaces with other disciplines to ensure integration of activities.

Project Coordination with Procurements & Contracts for ordering/supply of all equipment specialty items and Bulk & semi bulk materials.

Inspection activities (including Factory Inspection & Site Inspection) in close coordination with QA-QC team. And conducting Factory Acceptance Test & Site Acceptance Test.

Coordinating between Vendor/Consultant to finalize technical Specifications/Drawings to resolve all relevant engineering issues.

Coordinating with the Audit team and Loss Prevention Team in instrumentation discipline.

Done detailed engineering for HIPPS, DCS, ESD, F&G, PA & GA, CCTV and Building Fire Alarm Systems.

Done detailed engineering on interfaces of F&G system with ESD, PAGA, CCTV, HVAC, PAC, FM-200, Access Control and Elevators.

Commissioning of Foxboro DCS, Triconex PLC (ESD, F&G, HIPPS) with:

20000 hardwired I/Os

400 panels/cabinets

20 control rooms & 1 CCR

32 engineering stations & 170 operating stations
