• … in an exciting job in which you’ve moved up the ladder
All leadershipinvolves

– discussions with people leading change worldwide
– leaders of change throughout history
– change theories
What makes you mad?
Why don’t you do something about it?
Yes you can!…
• The word ‘change’ is all around us
• Creative (out of the box) solutions are welcomed in challenging times
• You are not “the establishment”
Examples…
• Einstein produced his theory of relativity when he was 22.
• Jeff Malachowsky• Wanda Salaman• Marie Baker• Brian Johns
So what do you needto
lead a change?
First….You need passion!
What makes you mad?
Next….
You need a vision.
What would the world look likeif your vision came true?
Then… Take one small steptowards a small goal…
Know what you want to do.You don’t have to know exactly how.
Evaluate, and thendecide what step to take next…
• [Step by Step]
• [Time for Reflection]
• [Small Success]
Example:Your vision is a world without poverty
What goal can you start with?
What is the first step you can take towards this goal?
Celebrate your [Small Success]
Take [Time for Reflection]
Decide on your next step.
Do something…
• Launch a conversation
• Take steps to support the conversation
