A situation, where a Player imbibes Instruments of the Game specified in Chapter 1 Section 2 by holding them in the hand with which he or she normally writes, shall be
deemed as a Buffalo. As imbibing shall be deemed a situation, where the Instrument of the Game can be deemed to have flowed into the Players’ mouth
Players must state their Game Hand at the beginning of the game. If a Player states that he or she uses both hands, other Players may designate one of the Players’ hands to be
the Game Hand.
Section 6 Other situations interpreted as Buffalo
If a person imbibes Instruments of the Game

the Player must be sentenced to a Buffalo punishment.
Section7 Of the contribution of another Player

Neither Player shall be punished, if a Player brazes the other Player with his or her
Game Hand.
What has been stated in Subsection 2 shall not be applied, if the player has been forced into the action in a manner described in Section 28 of the Finnish Contracts Act. The
Player applying the force shall be punished.
Section 8 On playing with the Instrument of the Game of another Player

If a Player in a manner specified in Chapter 2 Section 5 Subsection 1, Section 6 and
Section 7 plays with another Players’ Instrument of the Game, he or she shall be sentenced to a Buffalo punishment, as well as be obligated to compensate the damages
inflicted to the other Player.
If a Player can prove that he or she has acted in good faith in the situation specified in Subsection 2 when imbibing the Instrument of the Game of another Player, the Buffalo
punishment can be carried out with a corresponding amount of the Players’ own Instrument of the Game. The decision shall be made by the Player responsible for the
