CARGO SPIDER BASIC dismountable execution which is applied to secure open loads. Not mounted to vehicle. Flexible and universal applicable.

CARGO SPIDER ROOF/FIXEDFixation by rubber cords in any required position. Therefore a manual installation of the tarpaulin in the vehicle is not necessary. In this case the tarpaulin to secure the load is always and at any time available for the user and will not interfere with the loading and unload process.

CARGO SPIDER ROOF/SLIDE As with the fi xed version stored in the roof area, but overfl ow rails can be moved completely out of the loading area. The other is the sliding roof for crane loading and fully usable.



sYstem Features anD sPeciFications carGo sPiDer- A high strength woven “Cargo Securing” tarpaulin.- Construction polyethylene coated high tenacity polypropylene (400 gr/m2)- Reinforced weave construction provides high strength webbing lashing attachment points. Maximum load per lashing point 2500daN

- From the track system, the Cargo Spider is suspended in the roof (ROOF/SLIde and ROOF/FIXed) from high strength elastic cord on a pulley and trolley system ( ROOF/SLIde). The Cargo Spider is easily drawn across the top of the load and lowered into position for lashing. When not in use, the Cargo Spider is drawn up into the roof by the elastic cords and can be stowed nearly for or aft (ROOF/SLIde) in the roof allowing clear access for loading.

- Cargo Spider is available in a fi xed, non sliding, roof mounted version (ROOF/FIXed) or in a sliding version (ROOF/SLIde) or in a demountable form for securing fl ats (BASIC)

In stead of Ratchet and Hooks the straps also can be tensioned by winches which are mounted at the chassis of the vehicle.

whY carGo sPiDer? Improvement in Load Securing and Road safety The Cargo-Fix Cargo Spider offers excellent load securing which leads to improved road safety. The Cargo Spider meets the demand of the transport industry and is in compliance with european regulations regarding load security.

Reduces damage to Cargo.The Cargo Spider shrouds the complete load, it moulds it self’s to the shape of the load, securing it very firmly whilst distributing the lashing load evenly throughout the contact surfaces of the cargo, reducing the point loading effect often experienced when using 50mm webbing lashings which can damage some cargoes when tensioning it.

Fast and efficientThe Cargo Spider is a fast and efficient method of securing many types of cargo, Cargo Spider is user friendly and very fast to deploy. Suitable for mixed and uniform palletized loads, drums, paper reels, IBC’s and may other types of cargo.

loaD-rollairThe Load-Rollair roller track system makes the loading and unloading of both standard and air cargo pallets (ULd’s) a very speedy and effi cient process. The roller track is pneumatically operated (see picture and drawing: R). The system is easy to install. From the control box, sections of the roller track can be operated. This allows roller sections to be raised and lowered independently to enable pallets to be individually secured during the loading sequence. The main channel of the roller track is produced from an aluminum extrusion that allows for fl oor supports to be added. The two aluminum fl oor support profi les (see drawing: Q) are available for 24 or 27 mm thick fl ooring. The top plate is 5 mm thick zinc plated steel. The system length and number of roller track lanes can vary according to customer requirements.

The system includes a control box , to lift and lower the individual 2, 3 or 4 sections of all lanes, and a installation kit with pipes, connectors and safety relief valves. The max. pressure of 2 bar is fi xed.
