Revelation: act of a person Latin meaning “to unveil” When one person opens himself or herself up to

another

How did God reveal himself to us?

Began with Abraham (Genesis 12:1-8 and 15:1-7)– God chose a people of his own to have a close

relationship with him=Israelites– God was so great to these people, and could

not be portrayed in any one way St. Paul’s conversation with the Athenians
