Key Measures of Cash Flow

Net operating profit after taxes (NOPAT)

= EBIT (1 – T)

Operating cash flow

(OCF)= NOPAT + Depreciation = EBIT (1 – T) + Depreciation

Free cash flow (FCF) = OCF – FA – (CA – AP – Accruals)
