Identity for Charlie Cooper, a bespoke furniture maker from Cumbria, based in Leeds. Charlies whole identity is based around this logo applied across a range of different deliverables. The block of different shades of brown is a representation of Charlie as a furniture maker, and more obviously, his name. His initials are joined together to give this connecting point to the block, giving this idea of a dovetail joint - which is an aspect so frequently used in his work.

Duplexed business cards on Oatmeal with embossed logo on the back, letterheads, and envelopes. Other promotional collateral was produced in terms of postcards and invitations. The logo is applied across every aspect, no matter how minute, to give coherency and solidity to his identity.

The invitations that were made worked as a mini fold out for the viewer to have a sneak peek of his progressing work. These would be sent to others as a confirmation of their invite to the private showing of his End of Year Show.

A lookbook was produced to showcase the natural beauty of his work. It was intended for the book to not fall into the trap of becoming a typical IKEA-esque type publication, but to give it a personal and close interaction with whoever is reading it. I felt it needed to be important to get the furniture makers views and reasoning behind certain decisions in detail, as that seemed to be the most important thing in the production of the final pieces.
