Our pickled cucumbers have been pro-duced from vegetables from certified or-ganic farms. Thanks to our selection of the highest-quality ingredients, our prod-uct is unpasteurized and does not contain any preservatives, acidity regulators or antioxidants. The special mechanism used in packaging allows for multiple openings and closings of the bag.

Charsznica: the cabbage capital of Poland The Charsznica cabbage fields cover an area of more than 2.5 thousand hectares. We grow about 10% of all Polish cabbage. Every year in the second week of September, the Cabbage Days are held here, where the new Cabbage King is chosen among the leading farmers. Charsznica has the only Cabbage Museum in the whole world. On November 28, 2006, our sauer-kraut was entered on the list of Traditional Products of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.The process of pickling cabbage has not changed here for generations, and the tradition is passed from father to son. The salt used in the fermentation process is the only additive, so that the fermentation process takes place automatically and naturally, without the need for any artificial enhancers or preservatives.
