Cheadle Medical Practice NHS 70TH Birthday Event

Thursday 5th July 2018

We had a brilliant day on the 5th July celebrating the NHS 70th birthday. The event was launched by Dr Robina Shah, High Sheriff for Manchester.

Patients and residents from the local community were welcomed by our team who conducted behind the scenes tours, health checks, drop in physiotherapy

and contraception advice, We also gave information about Neighbourhood services and our colleagues from cancer research and public health attended

to provide support and advice about cancer prevention.

Our wonderful patients helped out with raffles, fruit and cake stalls and the children from Cheadle Primary School created some amazing artwork designs

for our community herb garden plaque. The winning design came from Ariane in year 1 and is currently being made into an official plaque to be displayed in

the garden.
