Jalapeno Poppers Stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon, fried in light tempura batter, served with a lime cilantro dipping sauce $3

Two of our fresh ground chuck mini burgers with a rotating Selection of sauces on brioche buns.

Gril led Steak Sandwich $8.5 Served with creamy horseradish and chimichurri sauces on a ciabatta roll.

French Dip $7.5

Sliced beef, melted Swiss cheese, layered with caramelized onions on a French roll. Served with hot au jus.

Capresé Sandwich $6.5

Fresh Mozzarella and tomato slices served with spinach leaves, pesto mayo and Balsamic reduction on a ciabatta roll. Veg.

Entrees Rock Fish Piccata $7.5 Pan seared with shallots, capers and lemon, served with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Chef City Gril l (est . 2006) is a full-service restaurant operated by the Culinary Arts program. Quality regional dishes are prepared by students in the program. We are committed to your complete satisfaction! Donations in the form of t ips directly support Culinary Arts programs and scholarships.

About Our Program Our mission is to prepare students to gain skills in every facet of running a

commercial restaurant as they learn basic cooking principles, terminology and food handling practices. Hands on experience is provided to our students at all

stations including line cooking, inventory, daily special production, gardé manger work, sauce preparation, and commercial equipment maintenance. Students in this program will graduate prepared for work in a restaurant

commercial kitchen, catering company, cafeteria, deli, bakery, or other specialty shop. This program is certified by the American Culinary Federation

(ACF).
