We Argentines take our meat very seriously. It’s steeped into ourtraditions and woven into the fabric of our everyday lives. It’s also thecenterpiece of one of our most cherished traditions, the weekly barbecuecalled the Asado. This was very much a part of our childhood and we arehappy to share this with you today.

Another thing we’re proud of is our Argentine Wagyu beef. Wagyu is alreadyknown the world over for it’s succulent tenderness and excellent marbling,the white streaks of fat in the meat that give it it’s flavour. All these qualitiesare enhanced by the superior cattle-growing conditions of the Pampus.

Nothing can be finer than a quality steak properly cooked on a traditionalgrill, with a dash of chimichurri, a bottle of Malbec and the genial companyof friends and family to share with.
