Chef Noi’s Larb Gay Ingredients 150g minced chicken 20g shallot slice 5g chopped coriander 10g chopped spring onion 0.5 table spoon ground dry chilli 0.5 table spoon rice powder* 1 table spoon lime juice 1 table spoon fish sauce 5 grams pepper mint leaves 5-6 cucumber cups 1. Heat the pot and put minced chicken without any oil 2. If the chicken is very dry, add 1-2 table spoon of water to give some moisture 3. When chicken is cooked, take off from the heat and add 2 table spoons of fish sauce & 2 table spoons of lime, then mix well. 4. Add Chili poweder to taste it. Then, add rice powder, sliced shallot, spring onion, coriander, pepper mint, then mix gently and slowly. 5.Remove the seeds area gently and make cucumber cups and put Lrb Gai into the cups! How to cook rice powder 5.Heat the rice without any oil in the frlying pan until it becomes light brown and crash them in the herb crusher. It gives some cruncy texture to the Larb Gay! .
