Chef Rodney Dabon At the Historic Hilton downtown Fort Worth, TX 2010 “Chef of the Year” at the Great Wolf Lodge 2011 “Taste of Grapevine - Chili Cook Off” Winner Chef Rodney Dabon started his career in 1988. A New Orleans native, he worked at some of the top hotels and restaurants including the Sheraton Hotel New Orleans, La Papillon New Orleans (2 years), Bourbon Orleans (2 years), Hotel Intercontinental New Orleans (4 years), and Hilton Riverside New Orleans (18 years). Chef eventually moved to Dallas and started at the Great Wolf Lodge where he worked his way up in 5 years to become the Executive Chef. Chef Dabon is now our Executive Chef at the Historic Hilton and Ashton Hotel Fort Worth. He sees himself as a mentor, always trying to find ways of motivating the people around him to push themselves harder to achieve self-satisfaction in knowing they did their best today and every day that they are at work. He loves to share his culinary talents with each of his team members in the hope that they will someday become the Executive Chef of their dreams. In his spare time, Chef enjoys the outdoors, fishing, hiking and boating. He is a super New Orleans Saints Fan! Watching football with family and friends gives him a chance to share his culinary skill with his loved ones. He also tries to spend as much time as possible at Church volunteering but there is always more that he want to do. “I often sit around with my culinary team and brain storm on new menus that will be a fresh look for our guest. I have a special love for Cajun food being that I was born and raised In New Orleans better known as the Big Easy.” Come visit Chef at our hotel and taste his culinary creations for yourself.

Chef Rodney Dabon started his career in 1988. A New

Orleans native, he worked at some of the top hotels and restaurants

including the Sheraton Hotel New Orleans, La Papillon New Orleans

(2 years), Bourbon Orleans (2 years), Hotel Intercontinental New

Orleans (4 years), and Hilton Riverside New Orleans (18 years). Chef
