• I graduated from high school in 2004 in Antioch, California

• I first went to college at Sonoma State University in 2004

• There was limited use of the internet, most websites were restricted

• Pagers just went out of style and EVERYONE had a cell phone

• Close to 80% of my college professors used power point and different online tools to help teach their classes

• Even though calculators are a helpful tool, as a Math major, most of my Math teachers did not allow the use of them
