……Paraxylene, Petroleum gases, flammable petroleum products and gasolines, naphthas, kerosenes, gas oils - in specific quantities.

WORKPLACE SAFETY AND HEALTH (GENERAL PROVISIONS) REGULATIONS, 2014

§ Reg 40: Duty on the Occupier to take all reasonably practicable measures toensure persons at work are not exposed to toxic substances.

§ Reg 41: Refers to competent person in control who has adequateknowledge of the properties of the hazardous substances and their dangers.

§ Warning notices, precautionary measures to be taken, safe storage toensure a safe workplace.

§ Reg 42: Refers to “Warning Labels”

§ Reg 43: Refers to “Safety Data Sheets”, access to such information, and itsavailability to all persons who are liable to be exposed to the substance.
