TriMark Marlinn Warewash Service Policy

The goal of TriMark Marlinn’s warewash program is to provide excellent products and service to attain outstanding results at very competitive prices. Service is provided to ensure correct processing of dishware, linen, and surface cleaning, as well as proper mechanical/chemical action and sanitation compliance. We provide quality chemicals, equipment and service to make our warewash customers appreciate the value and results obtained from using TriMark.

•Calibratechemicalconcentrationstotheproperrange.

•Checkandregulatewashandrinsetemperatures.

•Checkforproperwashandrinsepressureandmakeneededadjustments where possible.

•Cleanmineraldepositsfromrinsejetsandcheckforproper spray patterns.

•Checkrinseandfillvalvesforproperoperation.Wewillrepairvalveif possible.

•Removeexcessmineralbuild-upfromdishmachineinterior.

•CheckdrainvalvesandO-ringsforleaks.

•Checkpumpsforleaks,makepossiblerepairsorrecommendservice agencies.

•Checkwashwatermake-upforpropercalibrationwhereapplicable.

•Checkdishmachineandpre-rinseareasforanymalfunctionsandrepair or notify management of needed repairs.

Preventative maintenance will be provided on a regular basis. A written service report will be provided for each service call and will

list any possible problems and the repairs or recommendations made. Operatorprocedurecharts(inEnglishandSpanish)willbeposted

and operator training provided. Listed below are some of the routine service checkpoints that assure proper procedures, results and
